Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service)

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your access and use of the GES Market platform operated by Grow Easy Systems (“we”, “us”, “GES Market”) at https://groweasysystems.co.za/Market. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Platform

GES Market is a subscription-based marketplace where:

  • Buyers and sellers can post listings and make offers anonymously.
  • Contact details are automatically exchanged only after an offer is accepted.
  • Verified service providers can list services publicly.
  • All accounts require verification (including ID and proof of residence) before full access is granted.

3. User Accounts and Verification

  • You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
  • Accounts are subject to approval. We may reject or suspend accounts at our discretion.
  • You must upload valid South African ID and proof of residence (or equivalent for non-SA users where applicable).
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Access requires an active subscription (daily, weekly, or monthly) paid via PayFast.
  • No refunds are provided for any subscription packages, regardless of usage.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew.
  • You authorize us to process payments through PayFast per their terms.
  • We are not responsible for PayFast’s processing or any issues arising from their service.

5. Listings, Offers, and Transactions

  • You may post listings or make offers anonymously until acceptance.
  • Upon acceptance, contact details are exchanged automatically. All subsequent communication and transactions occur directly between buyer and seller.
  • GES Market is not a party to transactions between users. We do not guarantee quality, safety, legality, or delivery of goods/services.
  • Users are solely responsible for complying with all laws (e.g., tax, consumer protection, prohibited items).
  • We may remove listings that violate these Terms.

6. Service Providers

Service providers list services publicly. Any engagement is directly between the user and service provider.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: post illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content; harass users; circumvent anonymity/ verification processes; or engage in spam.

8. Intellectual Property

Content you post grants us a license to display it on the platform. You retain ownership but warrant you have rights to post it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GES Market is not liable for user-to-user disputes, losses from transactions, or indirect damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. No refunds on termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
